The Acropolis metro station is a few steps away, providing direct access to Elefthérios Venizélos Airport 35 km from the property. Each room at Ad Athens Luxury Rooms & Suites is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom featuring a shower with hydromassage jets, a Philips hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer views of the Acropolis, and the Junior Suite with Terrace provides a large room and direct Acropolis view from the room. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel offers a trouser press and a 24-hour front desk.

A complimentary Greek breakfast featuring local flavors is served each morning on the 6th-floor rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the Acropolis. The rooftop also has an on-site bar (currently not staffed), but guests can purchase drinks from the nearby supermarket and enjoy them on the terrace at night. During breakfast, a barista prepares coffees to order, and the breakfast staff cater to dietary needs such as gluten-free and dairy-free options.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with staff always on duty, and the front door is locked at all times for security. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas and outside the property, along with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key card access.
